Shipping Policy

All orders shipped within India are eligible for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement. We utilize third-party courier services to fulfill and deliver all orders.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following confirmation of payment. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping will be delivered in 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Issues within the carrier's logistics network
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or health emergencies
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this number to track the shipment through the carrier's official tracking platform.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address information.

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to the recipient’s unavailability, they may attempt redelivery or reroute the package to a local facility. Any additional charges incurred from repeated attempts or storage will be the customer’s responsibility.

Should your package be lost or arrive damaged, please notify us at admin@aurion-links.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier service and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
